This Cookie Policy explains how AliveIt, Inc. (“AliveIt,” “we”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the website aliveit.app, the Web App at my.aliveit.app and the Web Viewer (browser viewer and uploader). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and SDKs in mobile apps. We refer to all of them as “cookies.” First-party cookies are set by AliveIt; third-party cookies are set by other companies whose services we use.
Needed to run the website and Web App: keeping you signed in, security and fraud prevention, load balancing, remembering your cookie choices, and completing payments. The Service cannot work properly without them.
Remember preferences such as language, and power features like the Help Scout support chat widget.
Help us understand how visitors use the website and Web App so we can improve them. We use Google Analytics 4. Where required by law, analytics cookies are set only after you consent.
We do not currently use advertising cookies. If we add advertising pixels in the future, we will update this Policy and ask for consent where required.

The Web Viewer uses only what is strictly necessary to display AR Experiences and complete uploads.
The AliveIt Mobile App does not use browser cookies but uses similar technologies, including Google Firebase SDKs, to operate and improve the Mobile App (for example, app analytics, crash reporting and push notifications). These SDKs may collect device identifiers and usage data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can limit tracking and reset advertising identifiers in your device’s privacy settings.
We will update this Policy when we add or change cookies, and change the “Last updated” date. Where required, we will ask for your consent again.
